Genital Aesthetic Applications – Male Genital Aesthetics – Erectile Support with Stem Cells

3/16/2026 Authors: Dr. Levent Ünal

Erectile support with stem cells is among the advanced biological approaches aimed at activating regenerative processes within penile tissue. Cellular applications, particularly those involving Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) or micrograft-based products, are evaluated for their potential to support angiogenesis, enhance tissue healing, and stimulate local cellular regeneration. The aim of this approach is not to create volume, but to support the biological capacity of erectile tissue.

Erectile function is a complex process involving the coordinated interaction of vascular, neurological, hormonal, and psychological components. Therefore, stem cell applications should be considered only in carefully selected patients with appropriate indications. While they may play a supportive role in mild vascular-related functional impairment, they are not a sufficient standalone solution in cases of advanced erectile dysfunction. Multidisciplinary evaluation and urological consultation should take priority.

During the training process, penile vascular anatomy, cavernous tissue organization, and safe application planes are discussed in detail. In addition, cellular product preparation processes, sterility principles, and the ethical framework are thoroughly evaluated. Participants learn to analyze the effects of systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular pathologies) on erectile function.

The aim is not to present stem cell applications as an experimental promise or a definitive solution, but to position them as a supportive regenerative method planned through appropriate patient selection, within a multidisciplinary approach, and in light of scientific evidence.
