Genital Aesthetic Applications – Functional Aesthetics – Injections Supporting Orgasmic Function

3/16/2026 Authors: Dr. Levent Ünal

Injection applications aimed at supporting orgasmic function are selective procedures designed to enhance sensory sensitivity and improve tissue quality in the genital region. These applications are generally planned in the form of PRP, hyaluronic acid-based supportive treatments, or combination protocols. However, this field involves a complex process in which psychological, hormonal, and neurological factors also play a role.

The aim of the application is not to guarantee function, but to provide support from an anatomical and tissue quality perspective. The patient’s expectations, relationship dynamics, and psychosexual status should always be evaluated. Incorrect expectation management may lead to dissatisfaction.

Within the training program, the anatomy of the clitoral complex, neurovascular structures, and safe injection planes are discussed in detail. In addition, particular emphasis is placed on the ethical framework and the patient information process.

The aim is to provide a clinical approach that can evaluate these applications not from a marketing perspective, but from the perspective of biological support and within scientific boundaries.
