Biostimulators – PN / PDRN (Polynucleotide / Polydeoxyribonucleotide)

3/16/2026 Authors: Dr. Levent Ünal

PN and PDRN are biological agents that stand out in regenerative aesthetics for their ability to support cellular repair. These substances stimulate cellular metabolism, accelerate tissue regeneration, and strengthen the skin barrier. They are among the safe treatment options frequently preferred for sensitive and damaged skin.

The primary aim of PN/PDRN applications is to reduce inflammation, support tissue healing, and improve skin quality. Rather than focusing on volumization or lifting, they are directed toward biological regeneration and tissue health. For this reason, they are commonly used in delicate areas such as the periorbital region, neck, and face.

Within the training program, the mechanisms of action of PN/PDRN, application protocols, and session planning are discussed in detail. Participants learn how these agents can be combined with mesotherapy, laser treatments, and other regenerative applications. In addition, emphasis is placed on treatment strategies aimed at preserving the skin barrier.

The PN/PDRN Training program aims to provide physicians with the ability to properly manage biological processes in regenerative aesthetics. When applied with the correct technique, PN/PDRN promotes healthy, balanced, and natural skin regeneration.
