Mesotherapy Applications – Hair Mesotherapy

3/16/2026 Authors: Dr. Levent Ünal

Hair mesotherapy is one of the most commonly performed supportive treatments aimed at reducing hair loss and improving overall hair quality. Genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, stress, and environmental factors are among the primary causes of hair loss. Hair mesotherapy is designed to slow this process and support the biological balance of the scalp.

The primary objective of the treatment is to deliver essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and growth factors directly to the target area surrounding the hair follicles. By doing so, local circulation can be supported, follicular metabolism enhanced, and the quality of the hair shaft improved. However, hair mesotherapy should not be regarded as a stand-alone miracle solution but rather as a component of a comprehensive and individualized treatment strategy.

Within the Hair Mesotherapy Training program, participants gain detailed knowledge of scalp anatomy, different types of hair loss, and appropriate patient selection. The course provides a systematic understanding of mesotherapy formulations, their active ingredients, injection depth, and treatment session planning. In addition, combination approaches involving platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and other complementary therapies are discussed from a practical clinical perspective.

The objective of the training is to equip physicians with the skills required to effectively manage the treatment process, set realistic patient expectations, and monitor long-term outcomes. When appropriately planned and integrated into a comprehensive treatment program, hair mesotherapy can serve as a valuable and effective tool in the management of hair loss.
