Genital Aesthetic Applications – Filler & Volumization Applications – Mons Pubis Filler Application
Mons pubis filler application is a supportive filler procedure performed in patients with volume loss or contour irregularities in the suprapubic region. Aging, weight fluctuations, or post-surgical processes may lead to tissue loss in this area. This condition may cause contour irregularities under clothing in addition to aesthetic concerns.
The primary aim of the application is not to make the area excessively prominent, but to provide a natural transition and balanced volume. The mons pubis region should be evaluated in terms of adipose tissue, connective tissue, and skin quality. Volume enhancement alone is not the correct approach in every case; in some situations, energy-based tightening methods may be more appropriate.
Within the training program, the suprapubic anatomical structure, safe injection planning, and product selection are discussed in detail. Participants learn in which cases filler treatment is appropriate and in which situations alternative methods should be preferred. In addition, the risks of edema, irregular distribution, and asymmetry are emphasized.
The aim is to develop an approach in genital aesthetic applications that preserves natural anatomy, considers functional balance, and is planned within an ethical framework.
