Genital Aesthetic Applications – Filler & Volumization Applications – G-Spot (G-Shot) Application

3/16/2026 Authors: Dr. Levent Ünal

G-Spot (G-Shot) application is one of the functional aesthetic procedures aimed at volumizing a specific area of the anterior vaginal wall. The primary aim of this application is to provide support for increasing sensory sensitivity. However, due to anatomical variations and individual physiological differences, the results may vary from person to person.

When planning a G-Shot application, the patient’s anatomical structure, expectations, and psychosexual status should be evaluated together. Rather than a standard anatomical “single-point” approach, regional sensitivity and clinical assessment should be taken as the basis. Application in the wrong plane or uncontrolled volumization may lead to temporary discomfort and functional imbalances.

Within the training program, the anatomy of the anterior vaginal wall, safe injection depths, and appropriate material selection are discussed in detail. In addition, realistic expectation management and the limitations of the application are particularly emphasized. G-Shot application should not be considered a miraculous solution, but rather a supportive approach in the appropriate patient group.

The aim is to provide physicians with a controlled and scientifically based approach to the application within ethical boundaries.
