İsmail Metin Hoşer graduated from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa in 2005 and began his professional career as an Emergency Staff Physician at Private Mersin Surgical Medical Center. He subsequently worked as a Motorcycle Ambulance Doctor at Medline Ambulance and Alarm Center, an Air Ambulance Doctor (airplane and helicopter ambulance services) at Medline, and later served in the management of the Medline Alarm Center.
He continued his career as the co-founder and physician of Smileest until 2026. Since the beginning of 2026, Dr. İsmail Metin Hoşer has been accepting patients at his private clinic.
